Manchester City lifted the Premier League trophy for the third season in a row last weekend having pulled out of reach of their nearest title rivals Arsenal.

Pep Guardiola's side have now won five of the last six Premier League titles, sealing the crown with three games to spare after the Gunners' loss to Nottingham Forest last weekend.

The Citizens will still be keen to finish the season on a high and keep their positive momentum going as they still have two cup finals to contest after this weekend's Premier League conclusion.

The club are still on the hunt to win the treble, as they take part in next weekend's FA Cup final against bitter rivals Manchester United before they take on Inter Milan in Istanbul as they bid to win the Champions League for the first time in their history.

Man City are unbeaten in their last 24 matches in all competitions ahead of their trip to the south coast on Wednesday, including winning all of their last 12 league games.

Brighton have had a historic season themselves, with their 3-1 win over Southampton on Saturday securing the club a top seven finish and a place in Europe next season for the first time in the club's history.

The Seagulls mathematically need one more point from their final two matches secure a place in next season's Europa League as opposed to the Europa Conference League, but their far superior goal difference has all but guaranteed that top six finish.

Roberto de Zerbi's men head into Wednesday's clash sixth in the table, three points ahead of Aston Villa in seventh, whom they play on the final day of the season, and only five points behind fifth placed Liverpool, with a game in hand.

Man City have won 11 of the last 12 meetings between the two sides, though that one defeat did come at the Amex on the penultimate day of the season two years ago, and with the title already decided City may have at least half an eye on their cup finals next month.
