British Open odds 2023: Are you really going to pass on Brooks Koepka at this number?

Rory McIlroy this, Scottie Scheffler that. It's a major championship week and Brooks Koepka is being given to us at 22-1 (BetRivers). Take it and say thank you.

Of course, if it was that easy, we'd all be rich, but it is still wild to see the reigning PGA champion north of 20-1. It's quite literally the definition of an auto-bet, though we'll imagine most bettors will find it extremely difficult to not back McIlroy off his Scottish Open win at +750 (DraftKings). Plus, he's got some history here at Royal Liverpool, having gone wire-to-wire in 2014 for his third career major title.

Sandwiched in between McIlroy and Koepka you'll find the red-hot Scottie Scheffler (+800, BetMGM), Jon Rahm (13-1, DraftKings) and defending champion Cameron Smith (16-1, DraftKings). Joining Koepka at 22-1 are fellow Oklahoma State Cowboys Viktor Hovland and Rickie Fowler, while Patrick Cantlay, Xander Schauffele, Tyrrell Hatton and Tommy Fleetwood make up a group at 25-1.
