The Chicago Bulls and the Detroit Pistons duke it out at Little Caesars Arena on Saturday night.

Chicago Bulls Betting Preview

The Chicago Bulls got off to a rough start in their season opener, but they were able to bounce back in fine fashion, outlasting the Raptors in a 104-103 overtime win last night. DeMar DeRozan led the team with 33 points on 11 of 22 shooting, Coby White added 17 points with six rebounds and eight assists while Alex Caruso chipped in with 13 points and 13 rebounds off the bench. As a team, the Bulls shot just 37 percent from the field and eight of 39 from the 3-point line, but they played great defense and made their shots when it counted. It was DeRozan who drained the free throw in regulation to send the game into overtime before Caruso drained the game-winning 3-point with just 2.1 seconds left on the clock.

Detroit Pistons Betting Preview

Meanwhile, the Detroit Pistons will be aiming for a second win in as many nights after beating the Hornets in a 111-99 road win last night. Alec Burks led the team with 24 points on five of 10 shooting off the bench, Jaden Ivey added 18 points, Isaiah Stewart scored 15 points while Jalen Duren chipped in iwth 14 points and 17 rebounds. As a team, the Pistons shot 46 percent from the field and 10 of 29 from the 3-point line as they jumped all over the Hornets from the start, dominating the first quarter by 32-21 to take the early lead, before they finished strong in the fourth quarter to earn their first win of the season.

Peter's Pick

The Bulls are keeping an eye on Zach LaVine who is currently listed as questionable with a back injury, while the Pistons are still without Monte Morris and Bojan Bogdanovic. The Bulls are coming into this one fresh off an overtime game, but they needed that win and it's too early in the season to worry about fatigue. The Pistons looked pretty good in last night's big win over the Hornets, so I wouldn't be too surprised if they pulled off the minor upset here, but with the line so short, I'm sticking with the Bulls to make it two wins in a row behind a big game from DeRozan.
