Caleb Williams Becomes Heavy -3000 Favorite in Heisman Odds After Notre Dame Win

Caleb Williams is the favorite to win the Heisman Trophy. The winner will be announced on December 5th and the trophy will go on show on 10th December in New York.

Caleb Williams is now a heavy favorite to win the Heisman Trophy after his performance against Notre Dame in Week 12. The junior pivot accounted for four touchdowns in a 38-27 win over the Irish. Stroud played okay in an ugly loss to Michigan, but he didn't do anything special. Williams’s passing stats are top-five in the country, his dual-threat ability and 10 rushing touchdowns will put him over top.

Oddsmakers don't believe any player can take the Heisman trophy away from Caleb Williams. TCU quarterback Max Duggan has the second-best odds for the award, but his +3000 price means he only has 3.23% implied probability to win the trophy. Duggen and UGA’s Stetson Bennett are the only two players who remain undefeated.

Blake Corum's chances of winning have been diminished after he was limited to two carries against Ohio State.
