Chaim Bloom on the future of the Red Sox

The Red Sox are expected to finish under .500 this season. Chief baseball officer Chaim Bloom is disappointed with the team's performance. He believes the club will improve its roster in the offseason. Bloom also believes that the Red SObs will make a deal for Rafael Devers. He also thinks that Xander Bogaerts is a special player.
