Championship 2023/24 odds in full as Leeds United and Leicester City backed and Cardiff City and Swansea City unfancied

The full lineup for the 2023/24 Championship season has been confirmed with Sheffield Wednesday the final team to join Cardiff City and Swansea City in the second tier for next campaign.

The Owls secured promotion from League One in suitably dramatic fashion in Monday's play-off final against Barnsley, with a Josh Windass goal in the last minute of extra-time sending them up. It came less than two weeks after they stunned the football world with an unbelievable comeback in the second leg of the semi-final against Peterborough, coming back from 4-0 on aggregate to make it 5-5 before winning the tie on penalties.

Wednesday will join fellow promotion winners Plymouth Argyle and Ipswich Town in the Championship next season, with Leicester City, Leeds United and Southampton all dropping down from the top tier.

Leicester, who famously won the Premier League title in 2016, now now find themselves back in the EFL for the first time in almost a decade, but they have been tipped to go back up to the top flight at the first time of asking with early odds placing them as favourites to win the Championship next season.

Meanwhile, Cardiff and Swansea find themselves much further down the list, with the Bluebirds just about avoiding relegation to League One in the last campaign and Swansea, who are set to lose manager Russell Martin to new rivals Southampton, finishing 10th.
