College Football Picks, Predictions for Week 11 Finds Early Line Value

Ball State and Toledo are playing in the MAC Championship Game. Ball State's defense has been very good recently, allowing just 77 points in their last four games. Toledo's offense is led by Dequan Finn, who has scored 26 touchdowns.
