College football top 25: Eastern Kentucky, Holy Cross rise in FCS Power Rankings after FBS upsets

The FCS won four games in Week 2 against FBS foes. Holy Cross had their prayers answered on a walk-off Hail Mary against Buffalo. Bob Chesney is gunning for his fourth straight Patriot League title and F CS playoff appearance. Fordham-Monmouth game saw more than 1,400 yards of offense and a third-string running back rush for 299 yards on 12 carries.

There were upsets in the college football season for FCS teams. Eastern Kentucky and Holy Cross rose in FBS Power Rankings. The FBCS Power Poll is updated for Week 3. Youngstown State, North Carolina Central, Stephen F. Austin, Eastern Washington, Southeastern Louisiana, UC Davis are dropped. The Mountain West teams are struggling. Last week, the FSCs won four games against FSB teams, including two wins over D-I teams Weber State and Incarnate Word.
