Declan Rice to Man City odds slashed after 'shrine' to their players spotted in his house

Declan Rice's house has a shrine to Manchester City's players. The bookies have slashed the odds on him joining Manchester United and Chelsea. Chelsea are the favourites to sign him.  Rice has recently posted a picture of himself playing pool with a collection of framed Manchester shirts hanging on the wall.

Declan Rice has been instrumental in West Ham's unexpected challenge for a top-four spot this season. He was the last person to be offered a scholarship at the age of 16. Rice was also the only player to get a place in the Westham's first team.
