Playoff baseball mania continues in Philadelphia on Monday night, as the Phillies’ 2023 playoff run continues in the NLCS.

This time, the Fightin’ Phils will host the Arizona Diamondbacks, with both Wild Card teams fresh off upset series wins looking to punch their tickets to the World Series in the best-of-seven series. Game 1 kicks off at 8:07 p.m. on TBS.

The Phillies will trot out ace righty Zack Wheeler for Game 1, who has mostly dazzled in his postseason career for the team, although Philadelphia did lose his last start in their 3-1 series victory over the Atlanta Braves.

He’ll be opposed by another ace in All-Star Zac Gallen, who has impressed in his postseason run as well. Arizona is fresh off a sweep over the vaunted Los Angeles Dodgers.

Gallen, for one, is glad he no longer has to face Wheeler.

“I remember when I hit as a pitcher, he was probably the toughest at-bat that I had faced,” Gallen said.

Right now on DraftKings, the Phillies are 1.5-run favorites, with the comeback on that line set at +130 and the moneyline sitting at -166. The Diamondbacks can be had at +1.5 for -155, while the underdog moneyline sits at +140. The over/under is set at seven runs, with the over at -115 and the under at -105.
