Donato’s Saratoga selections for Monday, Sept. 6, 2021

The final stakes race of the Saratoga meet pits 2-year-olds at seven furlongs on dirt in the Grade I Hopeful Stakes. The Hop hopeful was won last year by Jackie’s Warrior. Wit (7-5) has been away for almost two months, but his workouts and trainer Todd Pletcher's history of runners returning after more than a month away suggest he's in good form. High Oak (5-2) is a deserving favorite. Power Agenda (10-1) won his debut at Sar at the start of August. My Roxy Girl ( 5- 2) was eased up in last race and is listed as the morning line favorite, even though she's the favorite now.
