Enzo Fernandez impressed during Argentina's World Cup 2022 campaign. He is expected to leave Benfica in January. There are reports that four Premier League clubs are interested in signing him.
Chelsea are the 2nd favourite to sign Benfica's Argentina international Fernandez. Todd Boehly is ready to sanction a £105m deal for the midfielder. Chelsea were the biggest spenders in the summer. Jorginho and N’Golo Kante are out of contract next summer and Chelsea need to replace them with a new midfielder sooner rather than later.
