F1 Hungarian GP: Start time, TV, streaming for Daniel Ricciardo return

This weekend's Formula 1 Hungarian Grand Prix marks the return of a fan favorite driver.

Daniel Ricciardo will replace Nyck DeVries for AlphaTauri after the rookie failed to score points through 10 races. The Red Bull Racing feeder team said that the Australian will have the seat through the rest of the 2023 season.

Ricciardo claimed his second F1 victory in 2014 at the Hungaroring. He finished 15th in last year's Hungarian Grand Prix as a member of McLaren before becoming a reserve driver for Red Bull. At AlphaTauri, he will join Yuki Tsunoda, who has scored two points so far this season.

The eight-time race winner posted about his return to the grid on social media, laughing and making funny faces with former McLaren teammate Lando Norris and sharing a picture of his new helmet.

"Thy honey badger hath returned," he said.

The Hungarian Grand Prix comes after a one-week break. The last race was the British Grand Prix, where Max Verstappen won his sixth straight race, and McLaren had its best race of the season with Norris in second and Oscar Piastri in fourth. Lewis Hamilton finished third, marking the first time since 1999 that two British drivers finished on the podium at Silverstone.
