Lisa Ashton became the first woman to win a Tour Card three years ago. Fallon Sherrock made history in 2019 when she eliminated two men on the Ally Pally stage. She wants to play on PDC tour on a weekly basis for the next two years. Jamie Durrant is the nephew of three-time Lakeside champion Glen. There are more than 260 entries so far for a tournament at Marshall Arena.
Scottish stars John Henderson and William Borland are hoping to win back their two-year Tour Cards. Kevin McDine was banned for two years in September 2018 after testing positive for cocaine. There is a separate European Qualifying School being held simultaneously in Germany for continental-based throwers.
