Chris Waller has seven of the 15 horses accepted for The Metropolitan at Randwick on Tuesday morning. The champion trainer has won the race three times, including in back-to-back years with Patrick Erin (2018 and 2019) and Come Play With Me (2019).
The Metropolitan is the final field and barrier draw for the 2022 race. Trainer Chris Waller accepted seven of the 15 runners. Francesco Guardi, Chalk Stream and Hameron are among the other runners accepted.
