New York was already up 2-1 in the series heading into Game 4 on Sunday. After outscoring the Cavs in three of four quarters to win 102-93, they’ve pushed this series to do-or-die mode for Cleveland on Wednesday.

The Knicks led 30-23 after the first quarter and 54-45 at the half.

Cleveland had six players hit double-digit points on the night, but only one, Darius Garland went over 20 points, finishing with 23.

While only four Knicks had double-digit points, Jalen Brunson and RJ Barrett led all players in the game with 29 and 26 points respectively. Josh Hart fell one point shy of 20, scoring 19.

Rebounding has continued to be a key decider in this series. The Knicks led in rebounds 51-38, 45-42 and 47-33 in Games 1, 3 and 4 — all wins. The Cavs led 43-36 in Game 2, their only win. In Game 4, the Knicks dominated the offensive rebounding stats, leading 17-7.

But it’s also been free throw shooting separating these teams even if it’s by slight margins. The Knicks have sunk more shots from the line in all four games so far. Those free throw numbers have been 19-15, 25-17, 11-10 and 18-15.

Shooting-wise, Brunson has averaged a team-high 24.3 PPG for the Knicks. And for the Cavaliers both Donovan Mitchell (22.0) and Garland (20.5) have each averaged 20+ points.

In a matchup of two of the top defensive teams this season, it seems oddsmakers can’t set the total low enough in the Knicks vs Cavaliers odds.

The total has been steadily declining each game from 216, to 213.5, to 212 and then 203.5.

The final scores have totaled 198, 197, 176 and 195 points. That makes the under a perfect 4-0 in this series, while the Cavs are riding a run of six-straight unders.

Game 5 is now set at a total of 202.5 in the Knicks vs Cavaliers odds.

This series has seen so little scoring we’re going right back to the under once again.

Pick: Under 202.5 (-110)

We’ve talked a lot about rebounds earlier on, so let’s start off this SGP with one player who should be all around the glass on Wednesday. Robinson had 11 rebounds last game and 7, 5 and 8 in the three games prior in this series.

His SGP rebound props are listed at 8+ at -310 odds and 10+ at -135.

I’ll instead look for a combo prop here combining his points, rebounds and assists.

You can take 14+ in that combo at -330 odds.

In this series, Robinson has finished with a combined points + rebounds + assists total of 24, 17, 7 and 14.

Brunson has averaged 5.0 assists per game in the playoffs with six assists in each of the past three games after finishing with just two in Game 1.

You can take Brunson over 3.5 assists at -500 as another leg of this SGP. Going back into the regular season Brunson has gone over that assists total in 9/11 games.

During the playoffs, Mitchell has averaged 2.0 steals per game finishing with 3, 2, 2 and 1 each game. Going back into the regular season he’s recorded at least one steal in 7/9 games. Mitchell to finish with 1+ steals in Game 5 is priced at -425.

Here’s another interesting prop to include in this same-game parlay offered at DraftKings. It comes in the form of betting on the over/under total points of both teams individually.

The four scorelines in this series have finished 101-97, 107-90, 99-79 and 102-93.

Of the eight combined point totals a team has only eclipsed the 100-point mark three times and that was 107. The other two were 102 and 101.

DraftKings is offering a “both teams to score 111.5″ over/prop which looks like a strong bet for the under. For neither team to score over 111.5 you can get -250 odds.
