Grand National 2022 prize money: How much winner scoops in Aintree race
The Grand National takes place at Aintree on Saturday. There are 40 horses competing in the famous race. The winner will pocket a cool £500,000. Last year's winner Minella Times earned £375,00. Rachael Blackmore became the first female jockey to win the Grand Nats. Court Maid was ruled out on Wednesday. Domaine De L’Isle is guaranteed a place in this year's race despite his recent performance in Newcastle”s Eider Chase.
