Hull KR team news as Ethan Ryan and Sam Wood return to Willie Peters' 17

Willie Peters has named his Hull KR 17 ahead of tonight’s clash with Warrington Wolves at the Halliwell Jones Stadium.

Two changes have been made to the team that demolished Huddersfield Giants 28-0 a week ago. Ethan Ryan and Sam Wood replace the injured Lachlan Coote and Rowan Milnes. Both players who have come into the side will be leaving Craven Park at the end of 2023 after being told their futures lie elsewhere.

Birthday boy Ryan starts the game at fullback in a back line that includes captain Shaun Kenny-Dowall, Tom Opacic, Corey Hall and Ryan Hall. Mikey Lewis and Jez Litten are the halfback pairing this evening.

In the middle, Dean Hadley and George King get the nod to start in the front row, either side of Matt Parcell, who continues at dummy half. James Batchelor and Kane Linnett are the second rowers, with Elliot Minchella locking the scrum.

Peters’ bench consists of the aforementioned Wood, Sauaso Sue, Rhys Kennedy and Sam Luckley. Matty Storton is named as the 18th man for the second week running.
