Impressive displays by young rugby stars at Uffculme and Crediton
Uffculme School's rugby team reached the semi-final stage of the Rosslyn Park rugby sevens tournament. The team has won the Devon County Cup each year in the 15 a side code. They also reached last eight stage in U15 National Cup last year. Last week they came runners up in County Rugby Sevens in Devon. Uffulme hosted the final on March 20. They played against Torquay Boys Grammar School. It was a draw. St Peter's, York, beat Millfield School in final. Tom Heard, PE teacher and coach, said it was great way to finish off a successful five years.
