ESPN ranked LaMelo Ball 41st in the league ahead of Darius Garland. Kendrick Perkins is upset with the ranking. Both Ball and Garland were All-Star players last season. Garland is better positioned than Ball because of his team. The Cavs made a big move this summer by trading for Donovan Mitchell. The rankings will be updated a year from now. It's possible that Ball will get the nod then. He is a promising young point guard. His team is good too.
