Kings at Rockets, Nov. 6: Prediction, point spread, odds, best bet

In part two of two straight games between the teams, the Houston Rockets again host the Sacramento Kings on Monday night. If you’re looking to do some last-minute betting research, you’re in luck! We’ve got the latest point spread, money line odds and over/under number, as well as the information you’ll need to make the smartest bet.

The game starts at 7 p.m. Central from Toyota Center and can be seen on the Space City Home Network and NBA League Pass.

Thanks to Saturday’s commanding win, the Rockets (2-3) suddenly find themselves on a winning streak. Houston’s improvement has been largely fueled by strong play from forwards Dillon Brooks and Jabari Smith Jr., as well improved defense across the board.

The Kings (2-3) had averaged more than 110 points per game over their first four contests, but Houston held them below 90 points on Saturday night — including just 36 in a pivotal second half.

Here’s a look at Monday’s lines:

  • Point spread: Kings -1.5
  • Money line: Kings -130 / Rockets +105
  • Over-under: 217.5

Kings at Rockets injury report:

Houston’s Nov. 6 injury report lists Tari Eason (left lower leg stress reaction), Amen Thompson (right ankle sprain), and Victor Oladipo (left patellar tendon repair) as out. Sacramento will again be without De’Aaron Fox (right ankle sprain) and Trey Lyles (left calf strain).

Advice and prediction

With Alperen Sengun countering Domantas Sabonis and with Sacramento missing an All-Star guard in Fox, it isn’t clear whether the Kings can generate enough offense versus a Houston group that has ranked among the NBA’s top 10 defenses over its last four games.

Prediction: Rockets 110, Kings 107
