Lucky 15 Tips for today: Saturday selections for Newbury and Warwick

A Lucky 15 consists of 15 bets: 4 singles, 6 doubles, 4 trebles, 1 four-fold. To place a multiple bet, select horses and options will appear in your betslip. An each-way Lucky 15, as advised below, is therefore 30 bets, and you will get a return of some kind if one horse places.

SATURDAY

STOLEN SILVER - 1.20 Warwick

This looks a fantastic opportunity for STOLEN SILVER to get back to winning ways having unseated rider in the Paddy Power Gold Cup in mid-November before finding just Midnight River too strong back at Cheltenham on New Year's Day. One of his most impressive performances came on good ground last April and although a bit higher in the ratings now, he can outclass this lot if getting into a nice rhythm out in front.

THEATRE GLORY - 2.05 Warwick

Love Envoi could be all the rage here as she has her final run before a return to Cheltenham but drying ground asks a new question of Harry Fry's star and it's tempting to take her on with the Nicky Henderson-trained THEATRE GLORY in receipt of 2lb. She's got plenty of good ground form, bolted up on her only previous visit to Warwick and looked better than the bare result when third behind Grey Dawning in testing conditions at Kempton on Boxing Day.

HITMAN - 2.25 Newbury

HITMAN wasn't himself in the King George at Kempton what last seen, never looking particularly comfortable and suffering a burst blood vessel before pulling up. He's had plenty of time to recover, should be perfectly suited by three miles on a flat track and decent ground, while he also comes here unpenalised which means he gets 6lb from last year's winner Eldorado Allen.

FILEY BAY - 3.35 Newbury

Few trainers can ready a handicapper quite like Emmet Mullins and FILEY BAY looks to have been brought along steadily with races like the Betfair Hurdle in mind all season. He now starts out in the famous silks of JP McManus and while not much of his latest win could be seen due to the fog at Wincanton, he appeared to pass the post with loads in hands and has only gone up 7lb.
