Martina Tevisan vs. Eugenie Bouchard odds overview

Best Bet: Trevisan to win (-122)

It’s nice to see Bouchard back and stringing together some wins on clay, her preferred surface, but Martina Trevisan is an accomplished clay performer as well.

The Italian won at Rabat in 2022 and used that victory to catapult a run to the semifinal of the French Open.

Due to injuries and mixed results, it’s been a while since we’ve seen Bouchard make a serious run at a tournament. Although she is 5-2 on clay this year and 97-48 in her career, Trevisan boasts an even more impressive 199-90 record on the surface.

Denis Shapovalov vs. Zhizhen Zhang odds overview

Best Bet: Shapovalov -3.5 games (-124)

Shapovalov hasn’t demonstrated that he can hang with the ATP’s elite, but he doesn’t need to in order to cash this wager.

Some of the Canadian tennis star’s most recent losses have come against talents like Stefanos Tsitsipas, Taylor Fritz and Hubert Hurkacz. His last five wins, however, have come against clearly inferior competition.

In three of those matches, Shapovalov was able to win by four or more games.

Zhang fits the bill of an opponent who’s overmatched.

The Chinese tennis player largely competes at the Challenger level and despite sporting a respectable 61.0% win rate on clay, is outdone by Shapovalov’s 64.8% career winning percentage on the surface.

Xiyu Wang vs. Bianca Andreescu odds overview

Andreescu makes her anticipated return to action after a scary injury at the Miami Open earlier this year.

The Canadian tore two ligaments in her ankle in the second set of her match against Ekaterina Alexandrova. After losing the first set, she was leading 2-0 before suffering the injury. The ailment only kept her on the shelf for one month.

We’re assuming that if Andreescu’s cleared to play, she’s close to full health. She was in excellent form before the injury, advancing through to the fourth round.

Her opponent, Wang, is a very underwhelming 4-8 this year and just 1-1 on clay.

Andreescu owns a career record of 23-10 on the surface.
