Massachusetts aims to launch in-person sports gambling in January
The Massachusetts Gaming Commission wants to launch in-person sports betting in the state in late January. The governor signed a bill legalizing betting on professional and collegiate sports in August. New Hampshire opened its first in person sports gambling location in 2020. The U.S. Supreme Court in 2018 ruled that banning sports bets was unconstitutional.
