Major League Baseball continues its spring campaign Wednesday with a slew of matches from around the league, and we have picked out our favorite game lines, player props, and sportsbook promos to help you win a variety of prizes.

May 24 MLB bets: Orioles ML (+116 or better) vs. Yankees

The Baltimore Orioles are taking on the New York Yankees in Yankee Stadium Wednesday night. The Yankees won Tuesday’s series opener and have won five straight, but the unheralded Orioles are two games ahead of them in the American League East and have been one of the best teams in baseball.

The teams rank in similar positions offensively and defensively, but the Orioles have an advantage on the mound tonight. Tyler Wells (3-1, 2.94 ERA) has gotten off to a much better start than Nestor Cortes (4-2, 5.21 ERA), and most of the Yankees’ offense comes from home runs.

If Wells can keep it inside the park, Baltimore has a great chance to secure a road win over a division rival. Also keep a close eye on outfielder Cedric Mullins, who notched five hits in six at-bats against the Toronto Blue Jays a few days ago.

Rays' Shane McClanahan props: Over 5.5 strikeouts vs. Toronto Blue Jays (-155 or better)

McClanahan is in contention for the best pitcher in the American League, and Wednesday, he gets a challenge from a Blue Jays squad that scored a ridiculous 20 runs Tuesday.

As intimidating as that may be, the Jays are known for following up dominant offensive performances with disappointments, a trend that would benefit McClanahan and the Tampa Bay Rays.

TB’s ace has also gone over 5.5 strikeouts eight times in 10 mound appearances this season and is averaging 1.2 strikeouts per inning. He also faced the Blue Jays earlier this year and threw six strikeouts in six innings on the way to an 8-1 victory on the road (this game is in Tampa).

Toronto is aggressive at the plate, but McClanahan’s 7-0 record and 2.05 ERA suggest that he will be able to hold up just fine.

Dodgers' Freddie Freeman props: 2+ hits vs. Atlanta Braves (+155 or better)

Freeman has been a hero in both Atlanta and Los Angeles during his professional career. He played the first 11 years of his career and won a World Series with the Braves before skedaddling to Los Angeles in 2022, where he continues to perform at a high level.

Freeman heads into Wednesday's game riding a 13-game hit streak. What’s more impressive is that he recorded at least two base hits in nine of those, showing how locked in he is at the plate.

Freeman is getting a tough matchup in the form of 24-year-old Bryce Elder, who is 3-0 with a 2.06 ERA this season. If anyone on the Dodgers is capable of knocking a couple of hits off Elder, it is Freeman, who had one and three hits in the two preceding games in this series.

Marlins' Jorge Soler props: 1+ RBI (-115 or better)

Soler and the Miami Marlins are taking on the Colorado Rockies at Coors Field, which automatically feeds into runs being scored in this matchup because of the altitude. He also had a home run and two RBIs during Tuesday’s meeting.

At just 24, Karl Kauffmann will be on the mound for the Rockies. He only has one prior MLB appearance, during which he gave up four earned runs in 4.1 innings.

It’s hard to ask for a better matchup for a capable hitter like Soler.

Runs haven’t been easy to come by for Miami—they are third-worst in scoring (and RBIs) in baseball—but Soler is an obvious standout on an underperforming team. He has our faith against a young pitcher that was rattled his last time out.
