The top PGA Tour pros hit Jack’s Place for a designated event at Muirfield Village Golf Club this week, and Sportsbook Review betting analyst Neil Parkerbest sports betting apps.

It’s another star-studded field heading to Muirfield Village this week with each of the top-five players in the Official World Golf Ranking (OWGR) also sitting atop the odds lists across our best sports betting sites and included in our Memorial Tournament power rankings.

World No. 1 Scottie Scheffler is the betting favorite and will look to hold off former Memorial champions Jon Rahm and Patrick Cantlay. Rory McIlroy and Xander Schauffele round out the top-ranked golfers attending the event who you'll need to consider when making your Memorial Tournament picks.

And of course, the winner will have the pleasure of meeting with the man himself to receive the Jack Nicklaus Memorial Tournament Trophy when it's all said and done Sunday.

10. Justin Thomas (+3000 via FanDuel, Caesars, PointsBet)

Despite his relatively lackluster run this season, Thomas has still played the weekend in 10 of 11 events and posted eight top-25 showings. Additionally, he's gained strokes on the greens in consecutive events, which could be signaling further statistical correction ahead given his 0.155 strokes lost: putting still ranks 133rd.

9. Corey Conners (+5000 via FanDuel, PointsBet)

The Canuck cruises around courses with quality ball-striking and has played the weekend in all four trips to the Memorial, including a career-best, T-13 finish last year. Conners also enters in excellent form with a T-8 showing at the Wells Fargo Championship and T-12 at the PGA Championship while also ranking 10th in this field in both true SG: approach and SG: off-the-tee across his past 43 measured rounds.

8. Rory McIlroy (+1400 via FanDuel, Caesars, PointsBet)

The T-7 rebound at the PGA Championship was encouraging, but the scorecards, statistics, and eye test are telling me the best is still a bit ahead for McIlroy. No one should be surprised if he won this week, but there hasn’t been enough of the trademark strut or consistency across four rounds to spark my confidence.

Ultimately, he doesn’t need his best to compete, and this will be his 12th appearance in the Memorial. So, if everything comes together, he’ll be right there.

7. Sahith Theegala (+5500 via FanDuel, Caesars, PointsBet)

A T-5 finish in the Memorial last year will steer plenty of eyes in Theegala’s direction, but I’m more interested in his 17 consecutive made cuts with six top-10 finishes. More specifically, he’s showing up to big-time events with top-10 finishes at the Farmers Insurance Open, The Genesis Invitational, the Masters, and the RBC Heritage.

His breakthrough win is becoming longer and longer overdue by the event.

6. Viktor Hovland (+2000 via BetMGM)

Ranking 102nd in SG: putting and 138th in SG: around-the-green tells one side of the Hovland story ahead of a demanding four-day walk around Muirfield. The flip side is that he’s overcome the short-game shortcoming to the tune of 11 top-25 showings while making all 15 cuts.

It’s impossible to ignore the final results, and his upside is scary if he heats up around and on the greens.

5. Tyrrell Hatton (+2500 via FanDuel, BetMGM, Caesars, PointsBet)

With four consecutive top-20 finishes and the proven ability to contend at tough tracks, Hatton is going to be a popular target for punters and poolies this week. He ranks 19th in true SG: tee-to-green and fifth in SG: around-the-green in this field across his past 20 rounds, and the success has legs with nine top-10 finishes worldwide since September.

4. Xander Schauffele (+1400 via BetMGM)

Mr. Consistency hasn’t missed a cut since the 2022 Masters, and Schauffele enters with six straight top-20 finishes, including four top-five results. He’s sixth in true SG: tee-to-green and 11th in SG: putting in this field across his past 47 measured rounds, and has four consecutive top-20 showings at the Memorial on his resume.

It’s been so good it’s bordering on boring.

3. Patrick Cantlay (+1000 consensus)

Sorry, Tiger, it’s Cantlay who now warrants the moniker of Mr. Muirfield. Two of the 31-year-old American’s eight PGA Tour wins have come in the Memorial, and he’s carded another two top-five results. Cantlay enters in excellent form and also checks all the statistical boxes.

2. Jon Rahm (+750 via BetMGM)

Rested following a discouraging T-50 showing at the PGA Championship, Rahm heads back for another crack at conquering Muirfield Village. He won here in 2020, and then famously withdrew after testing positive for COVID-19 while holding a six-stroke, 54-hole lead in 2021. With a T-10 at last year’s event, it’s been a sterling stretch in Dublin, OH, for the World No. 2. Ranking second in scoring average and first in both eagle and birdie average shouldn’t go overlooked, either.

1. Scottie Scheffler (+600 consensus)

Legit question: who was the last player to consistently contend while playing as busy a schedule as Scheffler has?

The consensus betting favorite has carded an incredible 15 consecutive top-15 finishes, with two wins and another seven top-five results. Add ranking first in true SG: tee-to-green and SG: approach in this field across his past 49 measured rounds, and there’s even still statistical correction ahead of his work on the greens.
