Miami Hurricanes News: Recruiting discussion, ACC projections

BetSided, a partner site for Canes Warning posted its “ACC college football preview: Odds to win conference, win totals and predictions” last week. The Miami Herald Eye on the U “Podcast: 2 huge Miami recruiting wins and 2 big storylines we’re already eyeing for camp” examined recent Miami Hurricanes commitments.

David Lake of Inside of U wrote that “Miami’s future offense projects as an exciting blend of power and explosiveness.” Lake examined the potential of the Miami offense with the additions during the 2023 off-season. The expectation from Lake is also that Miami will play a “balanced, explosive brand of offense.”

The win total for the Miami Hurricanes football team in 2023 is 7.5 with the over at +120 and the under -140 entering the 2023 season. BetSided picks Clemson, who is the favorite, to win the ACC. Susan Miller-Degnan and David Wilson of the Miami Herald evaluated the recent commitments of five-star Joshisa Trader and four-star defensive lineman Artavius Jones. The 2024 Miami recruiting class is currently 15th. Miami was initially 15th following the commitments from Trader and Jones.
