Ninetyfour Expos tired to fourth, followed by Stayhonor Goodside, Sammy Stone, and Chiseler. The Chad Brown-trained Appraised finished 1.1/5 lengths ahead of Philip My Dear. Mysterious Night's record is 6-3-1-2, $308,369. Althiqa is a North American Grade 1 winner. She is out of the Shamardal mare Mistrusting.
Last Call won the $383,006 Natalma (G1) at the distance. She was the 21-1 longest shot on the board. Last Call is the daughter of English Channel. The jockey Rafael Hernandez gave Last call a clever ride. Cairo Consort finished second and G Laurie third. Wickenheiser, Adora, Collecting Flatter, Courtly Ro, and Star Candy finished in the order of finish. X-Men Racing 2 and SF Racing’s Lastcall won her debut on July 23. On August 20 she won a Grade 1 race.
