NBA picks: Best player prop bets for Celtics vs. Pacers in Monday’s quarterfinal

The quarterfinals of the 2023 NBA In-Season Tournament will begin tonight as the Boston Celtics hit the road to battle the Indiana Pacers. Tipoff is set for 7:30 p.m. ET and the game will air on TNT. The winner will advance to the semifinals in Las Vegas on Thursday to face either the Milwaukee Bucks or the New York Knicks.

Below, we’ll go over some of our favorite player props for tonight’s contest courtesy of DraftKings Sportsbook.

Myles Turner under 15.5 points (+110)

Turner is averaging 16.6 points per game for the Pacers and the games he’s gone under his season average are the ones where he hasn’t been able to connect from three. The Celtics are limiting opponents to just 35.6% shooting from beyond the arc, which is ninth in the league. I think the C’s will make it a priority to limit Turner from downtown, so I’m taking the under his point total for tonight.

Sam Hauser over 3.5 rebounds (+100)

Hauser has been hitting the boards extra hard as of late, pulling down 19 in his last three games combined. He’s averaging 3.5 for the season and in a game like this one that could turn into a track meet, there will be plenty of opportunities for him to go over his season average once again. I’ll take the over on his rebounds.

Obi Toppin over 0.5 blocks (+120)

Toppin was sending them back for the Pacers in Saturday’s 144-129 victory over the Heat. He finished the night with four blocks and while I don’t anticipate him having that same level of production on defense, I think he’ll get at least one tonight.
