Florida vs. Syracuse: Syracuse +17.5 (-110) at DraftKings

Coming off a massive 40-7 loss on the road against the North Carolina Tar Heels, the Syracuse Orange continue on the road, this time against the Florida State Seminoles.

The Seminoles are massive favorites against an Orange defense, allowing just 22.8 points per game. However, that total goes up to 30 on the road. Offensively, they’re scoring 21 per game on the road.

In coverage this year, the Orange have allowed just seven passing touchdowns through six weeks and allow a reception rate of just 66%.

Rushing the passer, the Orange have generated 111 pressures this season and have 20 sacks.

Florida State does have one of the better offenses in the league, averaging over 40 points per game, but their offensive line does have a couple of spots that are beatable in pass blocking, including tackle Jeremiah Byers.

The Seminoles are the better team here, but the Orange defense and cornerbacks Jeremiah Wilson and Isaiah Johnson will be a formidable matchup for Johnny Wilson and Keon Coleman.

Expect the Orange to cover as the Seminoles win, 34-21.

Colorado vs. Stanford: Colorado -11 (-112) at BetRivers

Colorado escaped Arizona State narrowly, 27-24, but failed to cover the spread.

This week, they’re back home on Friday night with ESPN broadcasting the game against an atrocious Cardinal team.

Averaging 18 points per game, the Cardinal scored just six in their last game and are averaging just 12 points over their last three.

Meanwhile, Colorado ranks 33rd in the nation, averaging 33 points per game.

The Cardinal allow 35.8 points per game, and this Buffaloes squad should have Travis Hunter back in the fold.

Look for a massive win here from the Buffaloes back at home.

Washington vs. Oregon: Washington ML (-150) at BetMGM

Easily the game of the week for Week 7 of the college football season, we have a massive game between the Washington Huskies and Oregon Ducks. These states border each other, so travel will be no problem for Ducks fans.

Both teams are 5-0 this season, the Ducks are 5-0 ATS, and the Huskies are 3-2.

This game features two quarterbacks atop the odds for the Heisman Trophy: Michael Penix Jr. and Bo Nix.

Penix Jr. has thrown for 2,004 yards while completing 74.9% of his passes for 16 touchdowns and two interceptions, while Nix is completing 80% of his throws for 1,405 yards, 15 touchdowns, and an interception.

Both offenses score many points, and while the Huskies defense might not be as strong as the Ducks, the Ducks also don’t have a weapon like Rome Odunze to throw to.

The potential issue for the Huskies is that they don’t generate a lot of pressure on opposing quarterbacks. They have just six sacks this season, which will be an issue against an 80% passer like Nix.

Of the two quarterbacks, Penix Jr. has been better this season, and this is truly one of those games where it could last score wins.

This is the most difficult matchup Penix Jr. will face, but at home as an AP Top 10 team against another, the Huskies, with the arm of Penix Jr., find a way to get it done.

Don’t take the spread in this one. Look for Odunze to battle Oregon cornerback Khyree Jackson all day long.
