Next Spurs Manager Odds: Pochettino Favourite To Take Over

Mauricio Pochettino has been priced as an 11/8 favourite to become the next Spurs manager should Daniel Levy decide to sack current manager, Antonio Conte.

With Conte’s future looking like it is coming to an end, many supporters have been wondering who could replace the Italian. The former Inter manager has been at Spurs since November 2021 and has managed 73 Tottenham matches, winning 40 and losing 23.

The once Chelsea manager was one of Europe’s hottest properties before he moved to north London, but recent results has seen fans call for his dismissal. 1-0 losses to Wolves and Championship side Sheffield United has been deemed inexcusable by Spurs faithfuls.

Mauricio Pochettino left Tottenham back in 2019, as the board replaced him with Jose Mourinho following a run of poor results. Since then he has managed one side, which was an unsuccessful spell at French giants PSG, where he was unable to control the star names at the club.

The Argentine has given Spurs fans some great memories in the past, which included their only Premier League title race in 2015/16. His attacking football won the hearts of supporters and he managed to get the best out of his players, which included Harry Kane and Eric Dier.

Another option for the north London side is Thomas Tuchel, who like their current manager has previously managed Chelsea. The German won the Champions League during his time at Chelsea but rumoured issues with Todd Boehly saw him be relieved of his duties and replaced by Graham Potter.
