Indianapolis (4-5) is a consensus 1.5-point favorite Sunday with the game total set at 43 points.

In Week 9, the Colts ended a three-game losing streak with a 27-13 road win over the Carolina Panthers.

Backup QB Gardner Minshew has started five games with rookie starter Anthony Richardson going down for the season with a shoulder injury, and leads an Indy offense which ranks seventh in the league with an average of 25.8 points per game.

The Patriots, meanwhile, are an AFC-worst 2-7 after dropping five of their last six contests.

New England ranks next-to-last with a scoring average of 15 points per outing and is 26th in scoring defense, allowing 25.3 points per game.

QB Mac Jones and the Pats have scored 21 or more points only once in nine games this season and are now dealing with an injury-riddled wide receiver corps.

Indianapolis did exceed its season scoring average with 27 points last Sunday against the Panthers, but half of that total came courtesy of two pick-6s by cornerback Kenny Moore.

As long as Jones and Co. are careful with the ball, we foresee Minshew and Indy offense struggling to find the end zone consistently against Bill Belichick’s defense.

Stevenson has reached 47 ground yards in only three of his nine games this season.

But Week 10 presents a get-right opportunity against a leaky Indy defense. The Colts are surrendering the eighth-most running back rushing yards (94.3) per game and could be without injured leading tackler Zaire Franklin for second straight week.
