NHL Draft odds and betting preview (Connor Bedard lock to go No. 1)
The NHL Draft lottery is over which means it’s time to start looking toward the actual draft.
It’s still a little bit away with it scheduled to take place a couple of weeks after the Stanley Cup Final, starting on Wednesday June 28th.

NHL Draft No. 1 pick odds
In what is a largely unprecedented event, Connor Bedard is such a lock to go No. 1 in the 2023 NHL Draft, that sportsbooks aren’t even offering odds on it. They’re completely off the board.
The means that he’s not only a massive favorite, he’s actually a legitimate lock to be the first overall pick. There is virtually no scenario where another player would be the first taken off the board.

NHL Draft No. 2 overall pick odds
