I’ll stay in the AFC West for my best bet, as I think we’re in store for a shootout between the Chiefs and Jaguars.
Over the last three weeks, both teams rank in the top eight in the NFL in yards per play. We saw what Trevor Lawrence could do with his back against the wall against the Chargers, and we already know the Chiefs will put up points. In their last 11 playoff games, Kansas City averages nearly 33 points per contest.
Trends support an over bet as well. It’s 5-1 in the Jags’ last five games as an underdog and hit in two of Kansas City’s last three in the postseason.
With a modest total, expect Lawrence and Patrick Mahomes to put on a show in a high-scoring affair.
