Nick Saban not concerned with Alabama football's attitude after Crimson Tide's past Sugar Bowl disappointments
Alabama football is back in the Sugar Bowl. The team is 1-3 in this bowl game since Nick Saban took over as head coach. Alabama lost to Utah, Oklahoma and Ohio State in previous Sugar Backs. They beat Clemson in 2017. This time, Alabama is playing for a national championship. The Crimson Tide will play against Big 12 champion Kansas State on New Year's Eve.
Alabama and Kansas State kick off Saturday at noon ET in the Sugar Bowl. Bryce Young and Will Anderson will both play in it despite speculation they would opt out to prepare for the upcoming 2023 NFL Draft. Alabama has not been in a championship game since 2010. The team has disappointed in previous Sugar bowls. Alabama and KSU have never won the game. It's the second time in three years that Alabama hasn't been to the championship. They haven't won a game in either the BCS or the national championship since the 2010 season.
