Norway v Spain offer: Bet £10 and get £10 in free bets with Betfair

Norway and Spain meet in Oslo on Sunday night for a crucial Euro 2024 qualifying match which could hugely impact the Group A table.

Norway v Spain odds

Spain make the trip to Oslo as favourites to return home with victory and three points under their belt, which would see them secure qualification for next summer's Euros, with Betfair pricing an away win at 10/11.

Norway are underdogs for their final home game of the campaign, with the same bookie pricing 5/2 for a victory in a match they cannot afford to lose. A draw is priced at 15/8.

Norway v Spain preview

Spain's 2-0 win over Scotland on Thursday night leaves them just one win away from booking their place at Euro 2024 next summer.

The win in Seville was their fifth victory in a row and their sixth in seven matches this year following last winter's World Cup.

Luis de la Fuente's side now sit just three points behind group leaders Scotland, having played a game fewer, and should they win in Oslo on Sunday, will leapfrog them into first place in Group A.

Norway have been playing catch up in a group they were initially expected to qualify through from the very start of the campaign, having picked up only one point in their opening three games against Spain, Georgia and Scotland.

Stale Solbakken's side have won four on the spin since then though, including a 4-0 win in Cyprus on Thursday night in which Erling Haaland score a brace, which still leaves Norway an outside chance of reaching their first major tournament since Euro 2000.

The Scandinavian side sit third in the group, two points behind Spain, who have a game in hand, and five shy of Scotland.

A win on Sunday would take them a point ahead of Spain in the group, but would likely need to win in Glasgow while hoping the Spanish drop points against both Georgia and Cyprus in their final two games.

A draw would see Norway live to fight another day but just one victory for Spain in their final two matches would see them eliminated, as would defeat in Oslo on Sunday.

Norway have only beaten Spain once in the nine matches they've played each other, coming in Euro 2000, and have lost four of the five games they've played since, including in Malaga back in March in their opening match of the campaign.

Norway v Spain betting tips

Manchester City striker Erling Haaland is the joint-second top goalscorer throughout Euro 2024 qualifying with six goals, despite only having played in four of Norway's matches.

Betfair are pricing last season's Premier League Golden Boot winner at 15/8 to score at some point in Oslo, while Spain's leading goalscorer, Alvaro Morata, who has scored four goals in his last three appearances for his country, is 6/4 to score on Sunday.

The same bookie are offering 7/1 odds for both Haaland and Morata to find the back of the net.
