Novak Djokovic likens Holger Rune to world No.1 after defeat to teenager

Novak Djokovic lost in the final of Paris Masters to Danish teenager Holger Rune. DjOKovic compared Rune to US Open champion Carlos Alcaraz. Rune won his third ATP title and reached the French Open quarter finals. He has withdrawn from the ATP Finals in Turin next month. Alvaraz withdrew from his match with Rune because of injury. Both players are among the favourites for the Australian Open in January. Djoka won't be in Melbourne as he's been deported from country before the 2021 tournament. The Serbian is serving a mandatory three-year ban for his deportation.
