Novak Djokovic Net Worth Now Stands at an Estimated $230 Million

It is hard to argue with the notion that Novak Djokovic is tennis’s greatest ever champion, as he turns his attention towards a 24th grand slam.

He surpassed previous record holder Rafael Nadal after clinching the French Open title at the beginning of June, sweeping aside Wimbledon‘s number one seed Carlos Alcaraz at Roland-Garros.

And now, with the possibility of moving level on eight titles with Mr Wimbledon himself, you would have to be a brave soul to bet against this year’s odds-on favourite.

Grand Slam Titles

  • Australian Open x10
  • French Open x3
  • Wimbeldon x7

23 grand slam titles have gone some way to accumulating his current net worth, believed to be around $230 million. He is the only player to achieve a triple career grand slam by winning each of the four majors at least three times.

However, the majority of his fortune has been racked up on the Tour, which includes a total of 94 singles titles –  a record 38 Masters titles, a joint-record six year-end championships, as well as his record grand slam haul.

As a result, he is the all-time prize money leader in the history of tennis, amassing $169,762,762 in winnings at the time of writing.

The Serbian also holds the record for most single-season winnings of $21,146,145 coming all the way back in 2015. That year, he won three majors, spent all 52 weeks at number one, as well as featuring in 15 consecutive finals, leading to many labelling it as the greatest season ever witnessed.

Novak Djokovic Sponsorships and Endorsements

Being one of the most marketable athletes on the planet, Novak boasts a long list of sponsors and partnerships with globally recognised brands.

Perhaps the one that stands out the most when hearing his name is his long-standing affiliation with Head, who have been his racket manufacturer of choice for over two decades.

Keen followers may remember he switched to Wilson for a couple of seasons before reverting back to his trusty Head in 2008. Although official figures have so far not been divulged, it is believed the deal is worth around $7.5 million per year.

Formerly a brand ambassador of UNIQLO, he now dons iconic French sport and luxury icons Lacoste when stepping out onto the court. This reportedly earns him close to $10 million each season.

Amongst others, he is also currently partnered with watch brand Hublot, Austrian banking group Raiffeisen, as well as his chief shoe sponsor Asics.

The 36-year-old also ventured into the business world back in 2005, with a franchise themed on his on-court successes dubbed Family Sport, which oversees hospitality and restaurant businesses.
