Colorado vs Oregon Early Odds & Prediction

Deion Sanders faces his toughest test yet in his first season as Colorado’s coach when Coach Prime takes his resurgent Buffaloes on the road to play Oregon in each team’s Pac-12 opener at 3:30 p.m. ET Saturday at Autzen Stadium in Eugene. Both teams are 3-0 and the Ducks are favored by 19.5 points.

Colorado won a 43-35 thriller over Colorado State in double overtime on Saturday night. Shedeur Sanders threw a touchdown pass to Michael Harrison in the second overtime after leading a 98-yard drive to tie the game with 36 seconds remaining in the fourth quarter.

Oregon routed Hawaii 55-10 as Bo Nix threw for 247 yards and three touchdowns. Jordan James ran for a pair of touchdowns for the Ducks while Tez Johnson and Traeshon Holden each caught two scoring passes.

Sanders has done a remarkable job turning around a program that was 1-11 last season but taking down Oregon in Eugene would be an awfully tall task, even for Coach Prime.

Pick: Oregon -19.5 (-110)

Ohio State vs Notre Dame Early Odds & Prediction

Both teams carry unbeaten records into this showdown at 7:30 p.m. ET Saturday at Notre Dame Stadium in South Bend, Ind. Ohio State is a three-point favorite.

Ohio State (3-0) routed Western Kentucky 63-10 on Saturday. Kyle McCord threw for three touchdowns and 318 yards, including a 75-yard touchdown pass to Marvin Harrison Jr. on the first play from scrimmage, and Ohio State had a 35-point second quarter.

Notre Dame (4-0) downed Central Michigan 41-17. Sam Hartman threw three touchdowns, raising his career total to 123 and moving him into seventh place on college football’s all-time list.

This is a tough one to pick as a case can be made for and against each side. However, Ohio State has heated up since an uneven performance in a season-opening win over Indiana and seems ready to get on a roll.

Pick: Ohio State -3 (-110)

That’s Outta Line

#2 Michigan is a 28.5-point home favorite over Rutgers on Saturday. Despite the difference in program pedigrees, this line seems a little high.

However, Rutgers is 3-0 with two of the wins over Power Five teams by a combined 36 points – Northwestern (24-7) and Virginia Tech (35-16). The oddsmakers seem to be undervaluing the Scarlet Knights and look for this line to get bet down.
