Tyler Huntley was concussed in Sunday's win over the Steelers and Anthony Brown did just enough to hold on for a slim 2-point win. Tyler Huntly is not sure if he will play this week. If Tyler doesn't make it through the concussion protocol, the line will move toward the Browns. The market predicts the lines will close at Ravens +3.

The line has moved 8 points since the summer when the Bucs opened as 5-point favorites at home. The Bengals reopened as 3-points road favorites on Sunday. Joe Burrow got his first win over the Browns. Tampa Bay lost Trey Hendrickson to a broken wrist. They got destroyed by Brock Purdy and the Niners on last Sunday and their defense is not very good.
