Down on Uncle Drew

The Mavericks have lost five of their last six games and were held below 110 points in four of those defeats. The offense wasn't supposed to be a problem after they added Kyrie Irving at the trade deadline, but the eight-time All-Star has had a tough time building chemistry with Luka Doncic so far.

Both players need the ball in their hands to play at their best, and ultimately there's only one ball to go around. Irving was filling up the hoop when he first arrived in Dallas but has been kept in check lately. He's coming off a 23-point performance against Philadelphia and was held below 20 in his previous three contests.

With the Mavs on the road against a Heat team that ranks second in the league in scoring defense (109.8 points per game), take the Under on his points total.

Kyrie Irving prop: Under 23.5 points (-110)

Butler service

Jimmy Butler continues to be one of the best players in the NBA and leads the Heat with 22.6 points and 5.1 assists per game. He's also been very efficient, shooting 52.9% from the field and averaging just 1.6 turnovers per game.

He's done an even better job of taking care of the ball lately and hasn't turned the ball over more than once in his last seven games.

Today, Butler and the Heat face off against a struggling Mavs squad that doesn't force many mistakes. The Mavs are 22nd in the league in opponent turnovers per game (13.2), with that number dipping to 12.4 since the trade for Irving.

Jimmy Butler prop: Under 1.5 turnovers (+100)

Russ keeps dishing

If you wanted an example of just how inconsistent Russell Westbrook can be, you only need to look at his last two games. He played on the road in Memphis in both contests and had 36 points on 13-18 shooting on Wednesday, before being held to just four points on just 2-8 shooting last night.

That said, Westbrook recorded at least 10 assists in both games, which gives him three-consecutive contests where he has racked up double-digits in dimes.

Westbrook is getting more comfortable with spearheading the Clippers' attack and he should continue to be their lead facilitator until Paul George returns to the lineup. Take the Over 7.5 on his assists total tonight.

Russell Westbrook prop: Over 7.5 assists (+100)
