UCLA is 3, but the team drew only 30,000 fans to three games at the Rose Bowl. Cal and Arizona are 2-1, with the latter having two less-than-overwhelming victories and a loss at Notre Dame.

Utah is favored to beat Arizona State. Arizona looked bad against Eastern Michigan last week. Jeff and Jake think Arizona will do better under interim coach Shawn Aguano.

Stanford is coming off a bye and is playing in the Pac-12. Washington is the leader in passing yards and passing touchdowns. The game is in Seattle.
