PGA Tour goes all out with Presidents Cup in Charlotte. Corporate hospitality sales have more than doubled in the event's history. Daily crowds are expected to reach 40,000. The build-out for the Presidents cup is 65% larger than any previous Presidents Cups. There are more more 800 corporate hospitality partners and a 40k square foot fan shop.

Big 12 restructures its corporate office. The reorg will contain 12 new positions and a 13th open one. Kelvin Smith, the conference’s general counsel, left the Big 12 recently to join Fanatics as a VP in its collectibles business. Ed Stewart left last month for USC to become a senior executive associate AD over the football program.

Jessica Presnall, Bob Burda, Logan Phillip, Joni Lehmann, Justin Nusser, Jenny McGhee, Brad Clements, John Payne, and David Waxman were promoted to associate directors. Sara Stanley was promoted from assistant director to assistant. Theresa Alaimo has joined the Big 12 as executive assistant to the commissioner.

Jessica Presnall, Bob Burda and David Flores are promoted to VP positions.

Logan Phillip, Joni Lehmann, Justin Nusser, Jenny McGhee and Jenny Nusse are advancing to senior director.

Brad Clements, John Payne, and David Waxman were promoted to associate directors.

Marlins have improved parking payment compliance among fans at loanDepot Park this season to 97%. The team is working with security tech company Genetec. The AutoVu Pay-by-Plate Sync plugin from Genetic has been integrated into the PayByPhone mobile payment app at the stadium. Genetic estimates its parking services saved the Marlins about $300,000 this year in operating costs.
