Robert Sarver has been the owner of the Phoenix Suns for 18 years. He is accused of demeaning and insulting his employees. The report is the result of an NBA investigation. Sarvers denies the majority of allegations. He used the N-word five times. It has him making sex-related comments in the workplace. There were also accusations of inappropriate physical contact with male employees and pulling down the shorts of a male employee. In the fall of 2021, ESPN published an article that triggered the investigation and interviews with 320 people. They found that Sarber used disparaging language.
