1:00pm Fijian Drua vs Chiefs @ Churchill Park

There isn’t much going the way of the Fijian Drua and this should be another easy win for the Chiefs.

The Waikato-based franchise were too good for the Force when scoring 54-21 last week and they’ll be thinking of posting another one-sided score line.

We think bookmakers are being generous with the –15.5 line for the Chiefs, so take them to score an emphatic victory.

5:05pm Moana Pasifika vs Brumbies @ Mt Smart Stadium

Punters are faced with another big line as the Brumbies take on the lowly Pasifika on Saturday.

The Brumbies almost nabbed the Blues last week in a 21-19 defeat, but they should take plenty of heart away from the performance.

It would take a brave punter to back the Pasifika given their poor record in 2022, and given the Brumbies are preparing for the playoffs, they’ll want to end the regular season with a bang.

7:45pm Waratahs vs Blues @ Leichhardt Oval

The Waratahs were too good for a 14-man Highlanders team last week, but we don’t think it was that great of a performance.

They now face the Blues, who don’t need to put out their strongest team and they probably won’t, but the $1.60 is too good to pass up.

The Blues are a deep team and it gives the bench a good chance to get some air in their lungs, so we expect the table toppers to come out with passion.

Despite the Force coming off a big win over Moana Pasifika, it’s not hard to look good against them.

The Hurricanes are a dangerous team on their day and they showed that when beating the Rebels 45-22 last week, so we’re expecting a similar effort.

Bookmakers have the current line at 14.5, and although it’s another big line for the favourites to cover, we can’t see the Force getting close.

The Kiwi teams should have the weigh on this week.

The Highlanders did it tough last week with one man down, but they should find it easier against the Rebels.
