The Tingle Creek: James Morgan's top tip for race day at Sandown Park
The Tingle Creek Chase takes place in the first week of December at Sandown Park. The race is held over a shorter distance than the King George VI Chase. Previous winners of the Tingo Creek have been mostly young horses. Chacun Pour Soi is the favourite. Nube Negra is not. The Willie Mullen's trained Chachun pour soi has not won a race at the venue yet. He won the William Hill Chase at Punchestown in April. 10 out of last 12 winners from Sandow have gone on to win the Champion Chase in Cheltenham. Eight of them were aged under eight.
