Thunder vs. Kings prediction and odds for Friday, January 20 (Keep betting OKC)

The Oklahoma City Thunder and Sacramento Kings are both on winning streaks entering their matchup on Friday night in Sacramento.

OKC has won four straight games to move into the No. 10 spot in the Western Conference while the Kings are the No. 3 seed following five straight victories.

These are two up-and-coming teams in the West, and Shai Gilgeous-Alexander and De’Aaron Fox should make for a terrific guard matchup on Friday night.

OKC is the best team in the NBA against the spread this season, and it finds itself as an underdog against the Kings tonight.

Do the Thunder have another cover as road dogs in them?

Here are the latest odds and my best bet for this game:

Thunder vs. Kings prediction and pick

If you thought I wasn’t going to bet on the Thunder after weeks of taking them just about every time they lay, you were mistaken.

OKC is absolute money as a road underdog this season, going 14-5 against the spread, the best mark in the league for any team with at least three games as a road underdog.

While the Kings have been solid ATS this season as well, they are just 8-8 as home favorites.

The Thunder are the most underrated team in the market, mainly because they were expected to tank this season.

However, the team has shown it has several quality young pieces who are NBA-ready right now, and SGA is having an All-NBA caliber season to lead the way.

OKC ranks 12th in the NBA in net rating, just four spots behind the Kings who are eighth.

Until the Thunder start to regress, which may not happen given how well they’ve played all season long, they’re a must bet as underdogs in this spot.
