Colette is outstanding and her performance first-up in Apollo Stakes was full of merit. Lady Laguna is the best bet. Promise of Success is a Rosemont Stud mare. Lay is favourite for Race 6 No.8.

Cascadian is the best horse in the race. Chipping Norton Stakes champion Verry Elleegant is defending champion. Inanup is a gelding that is getting long in his legs but has a good run in him. Lay is an undefeated mare that warrants respect but she's too short for her first try at Group 1 level.

Brenton Holt is looking forward to the race. He likes Blue Diamond, Daumier, Chipping Norton, Colette, Best, Mo'unga, Lay and Masaaj. He also likes Minhaj, who is a value at a terrific price. Mashaaj won two races last season. Lay is going to take on the Oakleigh Plate.

BLUE DIAMOND, SEBONACK, CHIPPING NORTON, COLETTE and WILD RULER are the horses to watch on Saturday, February 26th. The winner of the race is a Group 1 winner with impeccable fresh stats. The other two horses are LAY and CASCADIAN.

Jacquinot exploded first-up to win on Boxing Day. Chipping Norton and Colette should get a lovely run from barrier three. Best mare Best has looked impressive since being transferred to the John O'Shea camp. Lay is an unbeaten champion. Hersey is untested but she can turn the tables at a big price.
