The Blue Jays well-rounded offense has a robust .844 OPS since May 16, producing at home and abroad and against left-handers and right-handers.

Miami typically plays lower-scoring games as their .675 OPS ranks 26th in MLB, while above-average pitching has helped them get through a few extended stretches of .500 baseball. Miami, for example, is 6-6 with a 2.50 ERA over its last dozen games.

TORONTO (+100) is a solid play against Miami in this one. Alcantara is coming off 108 pitches in his last start and that opens the possibility of a sideways outing his next time out, and too much of what figures as an overrated Marlin relief corps. Alcantara is a ground-ball pitcher, and Toronto hits ground-ball types quite well.
