Aleksandr Vlasov is a dark horse to win this year's Tour de France. He came fourth in the Giro D'Italia last season and came second in Tour of the Basque Country. Canada will have three cyclists at the Tour, but none of them is going to ride into Paris in yellow. Michael Woods is the most accomplished of Canada's cyclists.
